So this is my first week back teaching. I learned something very valuable on Monday. IT'S EXTREEMLY IMPORTANT TO EAT REGULARLY!. I was so nervous my first day back with students that I forgot about it. I didn't have breakfast, had a cheese stick on morning break, nothing for lunch, and by the time I got home and ready for dinner, I though I was going to pass out. So, today I was a good girl and started my day with a protein shake. Had protein for snack, lunch, after-school snack and most of dinner was protien. I feel exhausted but so much better overall today. So, the moral of the story is, PREPARE, PREPARE, PREPARE!!!!!!!!
I did have a milestone today that pumped me up, I hit a total loss of 40 pounds. I feel fabulous!!!!!!
